In 2004, circumstances beyond our control made it necessary for CMS to discontinue the Microfi che program. Since that time, CMS has been researching and developing a new product that our Credit Unions can use to retain their important documents. CMS Reports on CD (ROC) was born. CMS ROC is a viable, cost effective, secure and very user-friendly replacement for microfi che. Not to mention, CD ROM is an NCUA approved storage media for required document retention.

All your required reports, plus any other CompuShare report can be stored on CMS ROC. If you can print it, we can store it. Report retrieval is simple through our userfriendly pull down menu system. Reports are organized by month, year and sorted alphabetically by report name. Simply highlight the year and month and click on the report you wish to view. The CMS ROC search feature allows you to look for specifi c information, whether it is by account number, member name, report name, or dollar amount, etc. You not only get simple easy retrieval but also on screen viewing of each report with zoom in and out features as well as search capabilities and individual page, page range and full report printing. It’s just that easy. CMS ROC is the best.

CMS ROC will be available January 1, 2006, and has the capabilities of copying both current and past history data files to the CD.
