The CompuShare Subsidiary Ledger Module provides enhanced support for Investment and Fixed Asset Accounting. The Investment Ledger automates and records all investment activities from purchase to maturity and sale. New investments are entered into data-entry screens which are enhanced with context sensitive help. All transactions update both the primary General Ledger account and the Subsidiary Journals for complete record keeping. With the multiple view register, investments are organized on screen by account, name, type, rate or balance. This screen achieves superior tracking by permitting multiple investment views. Once an account is selected, the complete Investment profile can be observed. All related history will display from purchase through today's date.

The Fixed Asset Ledger tracks all Fixed Assets and reports vital information that includes: original value, current value, periodic depreciation amount, salvage value and depreciation method. The management system includes reports in various formats and on-screen.

The Investment/Fixed Asset Subsidiary Ledgers Module is also accessible with the IQ Report Writer.
