Compushare Management Systems, Inc., Inc. E-Statements utilizes the Internet to deliver member statements at a fraction of the normal cost. Normal statements go through a rigorous process to get to a member. Statements have to be printed, folded, metered for postage, and finally mailed. These steps easily place the cost of a statement at a minimum of $1.00/member. With E-Statements costing as low as $0.37 per member, the E-Statement service could almost be perceived as being free.

E-Statements allow members to bring up their latest statement in addition to prior saved statements in a secure browsing atmosphere. E-Statements can be processed at whatever period frequency the credit union chooses. E-Statements can also be integrated into the CompuShare Home Banking Interface for an unparalleled convenience.

Periods:
This option allows the member to retrieve statement information for the period(s) available.

Credit Union Inserts:
This option allows the Credit Union to have their inserts viewed by the member. The member is forced to view the inserts for disclosure information.

Statement:
Members will view their statement with this option. The statement will be in the standard CMS, Inc., Inc. Laser statement format.

Reconcilement Sheet:
The same reconcilement information sheet that is located on the reverse side of a regular statement will be available for printing for members to reconcile their statement.

Security:
Members will never have to worry about their private statements being lost or stolen again. E-Statements are more secure than using standard mail. Once the member enters their account number and password, they will be taken to a secure server where all statement information will be displayed.
