The Audio Response Module provides continuous communication with your membership and the Credit Union. Up to eight separate phone lines insure that member's complete account relationship can be accessed via a touch-tone phone. Additionally, the Audio Response Module can announce the latest rate information on all products and broadcast special promotional or informative messages.

Beyond account inquiry services, the Audio Response Module provides your membership with the ability to conduct business from any touch tone phone. Member transaction capabilities include withdrawals, transfers and loan payments from draft, club, or savings accounts. After each transaction, the member can request verification of the transaction insuring that all activity was properly executed.

The Audio Response is the most cost effective method of delivering member services. Operating in real-time all transactions and member activities are processed and recorded as they occur. Minimal staff involvement or time is required. Audio Response System includes a workstation (PC) and is connected to your main computer or server via network connection.
