  • The Credit Union makes the decision to partner with Compushare Management Systems, Inc., Inc.
  • CMS, Inc., Inc. prepares the equipment purchase and software license agreements.
  • The Credit Union receives the agreements, signs and returns them.
  • The Credit Union is scheduled for conversion.
  • Contact is made by the software support staff to assess the operational aspects of the credit union.
  • Contact is made by the hardware support staff to assess the physical dimensions of the credit union offices and to discuss installation issues.
  • CMS, Inc., Inc. receives the test conversion tapes and performs a test conversion.
  • In some cases, selected Credit Union staff members receive pre-training.
  • CMS, Inc., Inc. receives the final conversion tapes and performs a final conversion immediately preceding the on-site training. Hardware support technicians install the software, configure the network operating system and install all peripherals.
  • Training representatives arrive to train the credit union staff.
