How do we convert
to CompuShare?
- The Credit Union makes the decision to partner
with Compushare Management Systems, Inc., Inc.
- CMS, Inc., Inc. prepares the equipment purchase
and software license agreements.
- The Credit Union receives the agreements,
signs and returns them.
- The Credit Union is scheduled for conversion.
- Contact is made by the software support staff
to assess the operational aspects of the credit
union.
- Contact is made by the hardware support staff
to assess the physical dimensions of the credit
union offices and to discuss installation issues.
- CMS, Inc., Inc. receives the test conversion tapes
and performs a test conversion.
- In some cases, selected Credit Union staff
members receive pre-training.
- CMS, Inc., Inc. receives the final conversion tapes
and performs a final conversion immediately
preceding the on-site training. Hardware support
technicians install the software, configure
the network operating system and install all
peripherals.
- Training representatives arrive to train
the credit union staff.
