How do we convert to CompuShare? The Credit Union makes the decision to partner with Compushare Management Systems, Inc., Inc. CMS, Inc., Inc. prepares the equipment purchase and software license agreements. The Credit Union receives the agreements, signs and returns them. The Credit Union is scheduled for conversion. Contact is made by the software support staff to assess the operational aspects of the credit union. Contact is made by the hardware support staff to assess the physical dimensions of the credit union offices and to discuss installation issues. CMS, Inc., Inc. receives the test conversion tapes and performs a test conversion. In some cases, selected Credit Union staff members receive pre-training. CMS, Inc., Inc. receives the final conversion tapes and performs a final conversion immediately preceding the on-site training. Hardware support technicians install the software, configure the network operating system and install all peripherals. Training representatives arrive to train the credit union staff.
