in information enables your tellers to respond
to the most complex member transaction.

Account identification by number, name or social
security number can locate member accounts. Once
a member has been selected, the upper window instantly
displays the member's complete account relationship.
All essential account detail is condensed onto
a single line for both shares and loans. Over
50 text messages can be entered per member adding
to the depth of information. Messages are up to
8 lines long by 70 characters wide and are documented
with teller initials, date, priority and subject.
A member's ID can optionally be authenticated
through a pop-up window displaying their photo
and signature. Your teller is in control, whether
working with one account or several during the
course of business.

The entire transaction process is simplified
with a point-and-select motif, minimizing typing
errors. Additionally, context sensitive help is
ready to assist anytime. After the transaction
is accepted, all source documents including checks
and receipts are generated, documenting all member
activity.
Once a specific account is selected, a transaction
code and amount are entered. CompuShare provides
additional flexibility by allowing credit union
definable transaction codes, descriptions, and
corresponding G/L account definitions. Therefore,
member statements and receipts are easily understandable.
After entering the transaction code and amount,
the teller has the option to accept, reject, or
edit the transaction. When completed, a member
receipt is generated, detailing all aspects of
the transaction. Withdrawal transactions additionally
display a check window which allow multiple payees
and amounts, if desired.
